Serin Silva
Serin Silva is a strategic advisor and executive coach with 25+ years of experience helping leaders navigate growth, transformation, and high-stakes decisions. Her work has helped organizations double revenue, reduce business risk, and execute with greater clarity and confidence. Through Starseed, she helps CEOs, founders, and leadership teams uncover what is holding them back and move toward meaningful results.
Hannah Taylor
Hannah Taylor knows what it's like to be the one making the call. As a founder and Co-CEO, she's carried the weight of decisions that ripple through an entire organization — which is exactly what she draws on when she works with leadership teams today. She helps leaders see where decisions aren't landing, where teams are stuck, and what has to change for strategy to move from intention to execution. She also teaches Business & Professional Communication at the University of Colorado, grounding her practice in how people actually learn to lead. Through Starseed, she brings a sharp, grounded perspective to the work that changes how organizations operate.
